Staff
Teachers see their assigned grades. Duty staff (recess, lunch, dismissal) see every grade but can’t change anything. Admins see and manage everything. Anyone can also get infirmary alerts.
Grade levels
These are the choices parents see on the form, in this order. Turning one off hides it from parents but keeps its history.
School data
Upload spreadsheet (CSV) exports from FACTS. Each upload replaces that list. Column names don’t have to match exactly: “Student ID”, “First Name”, “Grade Level” and similar all work. Download a template to see what’s needed.
